Privacy policy

How DS Technology & Design handles inquiries, client materials and information about website visits.

This policy covers dstechdesign.com, operated by DS Technology & Design, LLC in Delaware. It explains how inquiries, client materials and information about website visits are handled.

Information you provide

When you send a project inquiry, FormSubmit sends the information you enter to the studio’s email inbox. This includes your name, email and project details, along with any optional business name, phone number, timing, budget or design preferences you provide.

Current clients can send project files through Tally using the Client uploads link. Only send material you are authorized to share. Please do not put passwords or payment-card details in either form.

Hosting and fonts

Wix hosts the public website and delivers its files. It may process technical request information needed to provide and protect that service. Fonts on the main studio pages are served with the website files. Those pages do not request fonts from Google Fonts.

Analytics and cookies

The main studio pages load the following analytics services only after you choose Allow analytics:

Google Analytics measures traffic and visits.
Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay information to help understand how people use pages.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless visit measurements.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser so it can be applied on later visits. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Declining after previously allowing analytics removes the analytics cookies handled by this site and reloads the page to stop those scripts.

Existing client galleries may use Cloudflare’s cookieless measurements separately. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on those galleries remain subject to the same analytics choice.

Client galleries and media

Client gallery pages may serve images, video and audio through Wix. Some galleries have their own guest information forms or other controls. Read the information beside a form before submitting it. Content provided for a project is used to prepare and deliver that project.

Payments

Invoices and subscriptions are handled through Stripe’s checkout pages. Payment-card information is entered with Stripe and is not stored on this website. A project inquiry does not make a payment or commit you to an engagement.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, handle billing and improve the website. The studio does not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists you did not request.

Service providers

The providers involved depend on what you use: Wix for hosting and media delivery; FormSubmit for project inquiries; Tally for client file intake; Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare for analytics; and Stripe for payments. Their privacy notices explain their own processing.

Client account services

If you engage the studio for advertising, social media or business listings, access to your accounts and related data is used for the agreed work. The scope of access and the applicable services are discussed for that project.

Retention and security

Project inquiries and correspondence are retained for the working relationship and reasonable business record keeping. You can ask for information to be corrected or deleted. The public site uses HTTPS, and third-party services handle form processing and payments.

Your choices

Email hello@dstechdesign.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. This site is intended for adults, and the studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
