01 · Photography & video

For the occasion
and the memories.

Complete celebration package

Up to three hours of event photography, photo selection and basic editing, a downloadable gallery, an event webpage and QR code artwork. Video is included: one celebration edit up to four minutes long, assembled from the event photographs and clips you provide.

Includes one event page, one QR artwork size, one video export format, one consolidated webpage revision and one consolidated video revision. The video uses up to 60 selected photos and up to 15 minutes of supplied clips. Webpage and gallery availability is 90 days from delivery; extensions are quoted separately. Additional photography coverage is $200 per hour, agreed in half-hour increments at $100. The quote sets the delivered image count and delivery date. Separate video filming, custom animation, detailed retouching, printing, paid licenses and a separate domain are additional. Raw camera files are not included.

Celebration digital package

An event webpage, QR code artwork linking to it, and one celebration video edit up to four minutes long, assembled from photographs and clips you provide.

Includes one event page, one QR artwork size, one video export format, one consolidated webpage revision and one consolidated video revision. Event photography

Up to three hours of photography coverage, photo selection, basic color and exposure adjustments, and a gallery with downloadable finished photographs.

Additional coverage is $200 per hour, agreed in half-hour increments at $100. The selected image count and delivery date are agreed for your event. Gallery access is included for 90 days from delivery; extensions are quoted separately. Travel outside the agreed area, prints and detailed retouching are quoted separately. Raw camera files and a video edit are not included in this photography-only package.

Video editing

One video, slideshow or event recap up to three minutes long, assembled from up to 40 selected photographs or up to 20 minutes of supplied footage.

Includes one export format and one consolidated revision round. The quote sets the finished length, titles and sound. Projects combining photographs and footage are scoped before work begins. Filming, additional versions, custom animation and paid licenses are separate.

Photo enhancement

Basic color, exposure, straightening and cropping adjustments for up to ten supplied photographs.

Includes one consolidated correction round. Detailed restoration, substantial object removal and extensive retouching are quoted separately.

The complete celebration package combines the $750 photography base and the $950 digital package. Its video uses event photographs and supplied clips; separate video filming is quoted if needed. Extra coverage includes normal selection and basic editing for that added time. Travel outside the agreed area and other additional work are priced in writing.

A website sized
to your needs.

Wix Build

A website in your Wix account that you can update after handover. Wix subscriptions and domain costs are separate. Studio care is optional.

Managed Custom

A custom-coded website that I host and maintain. A care plan from $125/month is required from launch and includes hosting. Domain registration and paid integrations are separate.

Build scope includes design, mobile layouts, supplied content placement, one standard inquiry form, two consolidated design and content revision rounds, and the agreed launch work. Page count is a guide; larger sites, stores, booking systems, memberships, copywriting and other integrations are quoted for the actual requirements. Paid tools and platform subscriptions are identified before you commit.

These are design fees. Printing, merchandise, shipping, paid assets and extra sizes are separate. Single graphics, cards, menus, signs and apparel artwork include one consolidated revision round. Logo and identity allowances are listed above. Extra concepts, revisions, layouts and file formats are agreed in the quote.

04 · Ongoing support

Clear costs
after launch.

Website care

Hosting oversight, backups, monitoring and up to 30 minutes of small updates each month. Managed Custom hosting is included.

Additional update time and response arrangements are agreed in writing. Domain fees and paid integrations are separate.

Eight Facebook posts per month, with branded graphics and a monthly recap.

Three-month minimum. Additional platforms, posts, daily community management and ad spend are separate.

Paid advertising management

Management on one platform, Meta or Google, for monthly ad spend up to $1,500. Includes campaign setup, creative and reporting.

Three-month minimum. Ad spend is additional and paid directly to the platform. Landing pages, substantial tracking work and account repairs are separate.

Setup or cleanup of agreed Google, Yelp, Apple and Bing business listings for one business location.

sets the details.

I review your current website, project materials or event plans before setting a final price. Your written agreement states the deliverables, payment schedule, revisions, outside costs, delivery arrangements and cancellation terms.

If you add work, I price the change before starting it. Sending an inquiry does not take payment or book a date.
