Nothing here commits you to anything.
Fill in what you know. If the budget or the timing is still fuzzy, say so and pick "not sure yet". A rough idea is enough for me to come back with a real number.
What happens after you hit send.
No autoresponder chain, no sales sequence. Four steps, and you can see all of them from here.
I read it
It lands in my inbox and I am the one who opens it. There is no intake team and no ticket number.
I write back within two business days
Usually sooner. If the work is a poor fit I will say so plainly and point you toward someone better suited.
We talk for about twenty minutes
A call or a video chat, whichever suits you. I ask what the organization actually needs and you ask me anything you want.
You get a written quote
Scope, price, timeline and the milestone schedule, all in writing before a dollar changes hands. Read it, sit on it, ask questions.
The service area
Delaware first, and further when it makes sense.
These are the towns I work in most. The studio is a service area business, so meetings happen at your building, at a coffee shop, or on a screen, whichever is easiest for you.
Plenty of the work is done remotely, so a client outside those four towns is normal. Files, drafts and approvals move by email either way.
Write to hello@dstechdesign.com and it reaches the same desk.
Rather just write to me?
Skip the form entirely if you want. A few sentences about what you are trying to build is plenty, and I will ask for the rest. Attachments are welcome.
Prefer email? Write directly to hello@dstechdesign.com.
Already working with me and need to send logos, photos or copy? There is a separate door for that.
